  Phoned these people about 1 week before arriving, to arrange having Dometic fridge repaired. Was told they were busy but lady would have the boss call me back. Have been waiting 10 days now for that call back. Am not holding my breath.

  Our experience was nothing short of truly professional.THANK YOU to Dave and Steve who we felt went out of their way to help us. As travellers we rang ahead off the Dometic website with our fridge issue. We were fixed and back on the road well within 2 hrs from arriving at their address.. We would not hesitate to recommend.

  tried to get a new awning ordered, was quoted $2800, that was a week ago, find out today that they might have got consused and did not order it, I can understand that when you go in the staff just look away. never again will I be bothered. Going to geelong instead and save about $1000

  had gas heater put in they did not clean up after there work saw dust, wire, big mess
